Quality Management Maturity ModelBackgroundThe Quality Management Maturity Model (QMMM) is an organisational maturity matrix originally conceived by Philip B. Crosby (Quality Guru). The QMMM is used by a business or organisation as a benchmark of how mature their processes are, and how well they are embedded in their culture, with respect to service or product quality management. PurposeDQA Policy has developed a Quality Management Maturity Model [21KB DOC] to be used in support of the Project Review & Assurance initiative, as an aid to benchmarking. Note: This QMMM is currently immature and subject to change.
