MOD Quality Assurance Authority NoticesMQN Library Current and archive copies of all MOD Quality Assurance Authority Notices (MQNs) can be obtained from the Defence Quality Assurance (DQA) webpage IntroductionMQNs were introduced by the Defence Quality Assurance Authority (DQAA) in 2001, and replaced Quality Temporary Memoranda (QTMs) as the method of communicating developments in Quality Assurance for the acquisition community.
