What Next for Acquisition ?Closure of the Defence Acquisition Change ProgrammeThe Defence Acquisition Change Programme (DACP) was initiated in 2006 to deliver aspects of cultural, behavioural, procedural and organisational change. The need for change was identified in the Defence Industrial Strategy (DIS) and from recommendations made in the Enabling Acquisition Change (EAC) report.
