Acquisition Values and Behaviours

People in Acquisition must demonstrate the Defence Values for Acquisition (DVfA). Their performance will be assessed against these values and behaviours. They will be held accountable for the difficult decisions they make and they will be rewarded appropriately.

The DVfA are important as they state who we are and how we operate. The behaviours are the way we act, what we do and say, as we demonstrate our Values.
