Performance Management within the User

The User is responsible for reporting against the MOD’s Public Service Agreement (PSA) with the Government.

The requirements of the MOD PSA are:

  • Laid down in the Service Delivery Agreements with each Front Line Command.
  • Supported by further detail in the relevant Service Management Plan for each Service (Army and Royal Air Force and the Naval Data Book for the Navy) .
  • Supported by the Joint Business Agreement with Defence Equipment and Support (DE&S).
