Customers of Defence EstatesEach TLB in MOD is a Customer for DE. A Customer Estate Organisation (CEstO) is in place that to provide close liaison with Customers and ensure DE delivers Estate services that meet their needs. There is a CEstO in each TLB which presents the Customer requirement to DE. Through consultation, DE determines the appropriate:
The Customer is responsible for obtaining the funds and for seeking approval for the project. Once these are in place the project is transferred to DE to deliver.
