  • To be totally focused on meeting the needs of all DE customers. Working jointly with industry to deliver services that meet customer needs on time, to an appropriate quality standard and cost, and dedicating everything DE does to helping its customers.
  • To be efficient in the delivery of all DE outputs. Removing bureaucracy is fundamental to this principle. Where activity does not support delivery to DE’s wide customer base, the aim is stop that activity.
  • To equip Defence Estates staff properly, giving them the skills and tools they need to be able to deliver services that meet the needs of DE’s customers.
